Commission Terms of Service.

Before commissioning

I can draw humans/humanoids, anthro, feral, creatures and mechas.My pricesheet includes fixed price types of commissions. Types that aren't listed are up to negociation. However, keep in mind that I'm mainly a character artist, I won't take landscape/architecture and other background commissions if there is no character to incorporate into it.I won't draw characters that are under license either. If you commission me an OC that isn't yours, you assume taking all responsability for copyright issues.Please note that I have the right to refuse a commission, however we can still negotiate the details.Here is a list of things that I won't draw :
- self harm
- hateful content
- weird/extreme fetishesIf your idea isn't listed here and you're note sure if I can draw it or not, don't be afraid to ask me.I communicate via instagram DM, FurAffinity note or email. The response delay is always inferior than 2 days (faster with Instagram DM). I can talk English and French.

Payment

I use PayPal.me for commissions. When we agreed about the details of your commission, I will ask you to send me the corresponding price to my PayPal account. I will start drawing after the payment sent.

Waiting for your commission

After you paid, your name and commission infos will be added to my wait list. I can work on 2-3 commissions at the same time, and always respect the queue order.Getting the first draft usually takes no longer than a week. Sometimes I get to draw 2 or 3 sketches, and if so I'll ask you to choose which one you want to keep for the final result.
You can ask for any change in this first phase, since I want to make sure that you'll be satisfied with your commission (so don't be scared to ask!).
I'll wait for your approval to continue on the next phase. No changes will be done after that.When the lineart and base color is done, another work in progress picture will be sent to you, and I will ask for your approval again before continuing working.When your drawing will be finished, the HQ file will be sent to you via email.You can ask for progress infos whenever you want, in a reasonable way. In any case they will be available here (regularly updated).Please note that I don't work with deadlines, turnaround time may vary from times to another according to my life schedule.

Cancelling and refounds

You can cancel your commission whenever you want, but note that refund will only apply if I haven't started working on your commission yet (100% of the paid price will be reimbursed then).

after receiving your drawing

After receiving the finished work, the drawing is yours, and you can do pretty much anything you want with it, as long as you don't make profit out of it (no prints/sticker/shirts and other merch sale, no NFT, etc...)
Also you don't have to give credits whenever you use it if you don't want to, but never give credits to somebody else than me.
